Refund & Returns Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
Please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Mayvers will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st November 2016.
